The hub itself is a public information site. It does not create visitor accounts, accept payments, collect uploads, host comments, or store inquiry submissions inside the website.
We do not sell visitor information, and we do not use advertising trackers on this hub.
Inquiry collection happens through Google Forms. When you open and submit one of the inquiry forms, Google Forms is where the information is submitted and stored. The hub team uses those form responses to review and follow up on program, visit, partnership, presentation, and community questions.
Depending on what you choose to share, a form may ask for details such as your name, contact information, team, school, association, organization, role, preferred program, and message. Please do not submit unnecessary personal information about children or young athletes.
The hub uses Plausible Analytics to understand basic website activity, such as which public pages are visited. This helps us improve the hub without building personal profiles or using advertising pixels.
Some pages include YouTube or youtube-nocookie video players, Google Fonts, and Netlify hosting. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, device information, or the page you are visiting. If you open a video on YouTube or submit a Google Form, you are using those services under their own privacy practices.
Public photos, videos, and program materials on the hub are used with permission. If you believe something should be corrected, reviewed, or removed, contact the hub and we will look into it.
For privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, or removal requests, please use the hub contact page. This is also the best place to choose the correct program inquiry path.
This is a practical public notice for this hub. If the organization later needs a formal legal privacy policy, it should be reviewed by a qualified privacy professional or lawyer.
